CranioSacral Therapy

CST works directly with the main governing system of your body that performs this restorative work, the central nervous system, which is comprised of the brain and spinal cord. As a trained CST therapist, Nate knows what a balanced flow state feels like in the craniosacral system. Based upon the feedback information during the evaluation, soft-touch techniques are applied to release blockages and allow the body to self regulate, bringing relief from a variety of symptoms. A CST session may be performed with a client fully clothed or incorporated into a massage therapy session.

Massage

Your massage will be tailored to your bodies’ specific needs, targeted areas and primary physical complaints
You will receive hands-on treatment for the session length requested. 90 minutes means 90 minutes of massage therapy, not 80 minutes like the corporate chains offer You are in control of your massage session. Request a deeper or lighter touch, room temperature warmer or cooler, and music preference.

There are not enough words to describe my experience with Nate and his assistant Lisa. I was exactly where I needed to be in more ways than one. I left there feeling completely different. He is assisting me with rehabbing my shoulder after major surgery. The goals I met after the massage were unreal, the easy movement of my shoulder and the muscle spasms had subsided. It was a physical, emotional and spiritual healing that was much needed. I highly recommend, I have already made my follow up appointments and looking forward to it.

I want to sign up to be President of Nate Cravener's fan club. I was very badly injured from an accident a few years ago and Nate put me back together better than any medical treatment. He boarders on being Magical with his healing abilities. I have been to many massage therapists over the years and not one can hold a candle to Nate. If there were more than 5 stars, Nate would rate at least 10. Thanks for putting me back together, Nate. You ARE the BEST!!!
